Hi Adiba!! Please introduce yourself and tell us how you get started in your career.
Please tell us about Craftree.
What inspired you to become an entrepreneur?
My biggest inspiration would be my husband who always supports me to aspire or dream big and seeing him as a successful hardworking entrepreneur always inspires me. I never forget to credit him for his efforts and the trust he puts in me to make me what I’m today.
What challenges did you face while setting up your career?
While setting up my brand, I faced several challenges. The biggest challenge was reaching out to my clientele. It was hard to target the right people at the time. Another challenge was brand promotions. I am very confident about my products but just need more help with marketing and promotions.
What is the greatest achievement of your career life?
I would say… Every day feels like an achievement because I believe that small steps every day will lead to success. Each step you take will reveal a new path. You have taken the first step today, now challenge yourself to take another step tomorrow. You will see the difference.
What are the things you enjoy most about being an entrepreneur?
I always enjoy working for myself. I love being my own boss. It gives me freedom, a sense of pride & achievement, satisfaction, and flexibility to work from home. This is what I enjoy most about being an entrepreneur.
Where do you see yourself in the next three years?
Currently, I’m doing the in-house job and also managing my brand ‘Craftree’. In the next three years, I want to see myself doing my business full-time so I can leave my job and become a full-time entrepreneur.
What advice would you give to aspiring women entrepreneurs?
Keep Going!! “We are very strong because small steps every day will eventually lead you to success.”
